In doing so, the IDA commissioned Brent Peinhardt of Vantage Associates Inc. to help create a 5-year comprehensive plan for the County. 10 Focus Group meetings were scheduled and 273 individuals were invited to participate and fill out a short survey. 47 people participated in the focus group meetings & 23 individuals participated in the survey.
